Alan Selby Alan’s passion for the Property Market emerged swiftly, after a brief career in the London Stock Exchange as an Investment Analyst. After gaining experience in all aspects of the Estate Agency industry with Peachey Property Corporation and Prebble & Co, he expertly allied this with his entrepreneurial skills and formed his own Company in 1974. Thereafter his pioneering insight and shrewd business acumen has kept him at the top of his profession for the last three decades.
Alan is the Senior Partner and remains responsible for the day-to-day management of the Consultancy Department.
Heather Littlejohn BEd MA After a successful career in Education, Heather ‘changed tack’ and moved to the Residential Property Sector at the beginning of the 1990's. She was employed by such property companies as Savills, Berkeley Homes and Knight Frank, gaining much experience within the New Homes sector. She joined Alan Selby & Partners in 1999 to assist with the expansion of their New Homes Department, and is now the Partner responsible for its overall management and progression.
Susanne Munroe After Alan Selby, Susanne is the longest serving member of the team. She joined Alan Selby & Partners in the mid 1980's after developing her administration, accounting and management skills in roles within Yorkshire Bank, the Civil Service and Whitbread Plc.
She is now the firm's Financial Controller/Office Manager and a Partner.
Richard Pine-Coffin MNAEA Richard’s involvement in the London Docklands' property market stems back to the mid 1980's. He is an acknowledged expert on the market and a regular contributor to one of the local property papers. Following periods with Jackson Property Services (later Halifax), Alex Neil and Savills, he joined Alan Selby & Partners to ‘head up’ the Existing Homes Department. He is now a Partner in the Consultancy Department where he contributes to the disposal and acquisition of sites and multi-unit corporate portfolios.
Martin Pritchard BSc Martin is an investment banker who has been involved since the early 1980's in private equity and related corporate finance activities. Utilising the experience gained with ICFC (now 3i), Flemings and Williams de Broe, he joined Alan Selby & Partners as a non-executive Partner and also contributes on a project-by-project basis where finance and structuring issues arise.
David Walker MBA MRICS A trained Chartered Surveyor, David has twenty years' experience of the commercial property sector, including corporate advisory roles with a nationwide remit and particular emphasis on planning and acquisition. Having served with Richard Ellis (now CBRE), Chesterton and MWB, he became a Partner with Alan Selby & Partners to help expand the Consultancy Department.
