The Bishopsgate Goods Yard site is adjacent to the City of London and will house a new station (Shoreditch) on the improved East London Line when it opens in 2010.   It is proposed that a mixed-use development of residential and commercial  accommodation will be approved, in the region of 2 million sq.ft. 

The project is being undertaken as a Joint Venture by Ballymore Properties Ltd and Hammerson Plc.
