Fresh from the astonishing success of Pan Peninsula, developers Ballymore are reaching out further east to Sivertown E16.  Ballymore have now submitted their planning application for the Minoco Wharf site, adjacent to the Thames Barrier.  Plans include 250,000 sq ft of offices, retail and leisure facilities on the ground floor, and up to 4,000 homes. Should the plans receive approval, the site will also become the home of a new London marina, involving a purpose built channel through to the Thames and it is surely one of London’s most exciting pre-Olympic developments.
