The Leamouth Peninsula is located between London's old Royal Docks and Canary Wharf and is surrounded by water, with direct river views of both the River Lea and the River Thames and occupies almost all of the island site.

Planning consent has been applied on the site for a mixed-use development of approximately 4000 new homes, plus 250,000 sq.ft commerical and landscaped grounds.

It is also proposed that a fully equiped leisure facility will service the site including a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and 70,000 sq.ft A1 A2 A3 & B1 units of commercial and retail space.
