"City Pavilion" provides 22 loft apartments arranged around a private landscaped courtyard. Units range from 1,250 sq ft. up to 2,400 sq ft. and all have private or semi-private terraces, whilst the split-level penthouses also have large roof gardens.  Best of all, they are situated just a short walk from the Broadgate Centre and Liverpool Street Station.  It was converted from an unrequired office building.
