18 oversize shell loft apartments offering versatile space and the opportunity to live and work under one roof, up to 2,300 sq.ft. Built in the 1930's, the Alaska Building is a fine example of 'Art Deco' industrial architecture. Its re-development to form these apartments reflects an important stage in the regeneration of our inner-city areas, through the conversion of industrial buildings to form chracterful living spaces.
