From the start, Maple Drive was intended to reflect the highest standards of both design and construction.  The three traditionally-styled buildings, containing just 48 one and two bedroom apartments, are surrounded by landscaped grounds and set in an avenue of mature maple trees.  Uncompromising in their specification, the brickwork exteriors are contrasted with lower courses of decorative blocks to add a touch of elegance to the overall appearance.  Inside, the apartments are solidly constructed with blockwork dividing walls and concrete floors.  Naturally, they are finished to an exceptionally high standard.
