This development was the 'other half' of Enterprise Works, built after the recession, by a different developer. The architects of Alphabet Works were briefed to create a new concept: a property that combines the key elements of a home with the special features required by a place of work.

The result is a development of 16 four-storey houses and 56 apartments, ranging in size from 600 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. purpose-built around a central courtyard, each with equal emphasis place on living and working accommodation.
