The deposit bond scheme
In addition, to help purchasers buy property off-plan, Alan Selby and Partners has teamed up with John Charcol and Northamerican Sureties (Europe) AG to offer a cost effective financial solution. The deposit bond scheme acts as a guarantee for a proportion of the cash deposit required during the period between exchange and completion. This scheme is available at the Ontario Towers and Pan Peninsula developments and the cost depends on the size of the bond and the term of cover.
