Alan Selby & Partners has been involved in the marketing and sales of over 70 large residential schemes across London dating back to the early 1980’s. We work closely with the developer and provide advice throughout each stage of the development process. Our most recent project, The Heron EC2, is an inspired collection of 284 apartments located within the heart of The City of London.
Our new homes team complements the sales process from the design of the media campaign to the management of the show centre and marketing launches. This service runs from the reservation process and only finishes at the time of completion of individual units.
We provide the following core services to assist developers in the Sale and Marketing of New Homes:
• Provide advice regarding the specification and layouts of the apartments.
• Actively monitoring pricing throughout the sales campaign to ensure the best possible unit prices are achieved.
• Carry out a target price analysis on each apartment.
• Devise suitable marketing initiatives to introduce purchasers to the development.
• Consult in the design and implementation of appropriate press and media campaigns.
• Provide advice concerning the production of all marketing materials such as brochures, websites and digital media.
• Provide advice regarding the specification and layout of the marketing suite and any show apartment.
• Liaise with the developers appointed solicitors to ensure a suitable legal pack and any supporting documentation is in place for each unit.
• Liaise on any management issues regarding the preparation of service charges and budgets.
• Actively monitor sales from reservation through to exchange and provide you with an updated schedule as part of the on-going marketing process.
• Utilise our existing extensive database of both domestic and international clients to attract purchasers to the development.
• Advertise the development, where appropriate, as part of our own media regime.
• Provide guidance on any appropriate phasing and release of units during marketing.
• Employ an onsite sales team upon terms to be agreed.
