The planning granted on 31.01.2008 permits the demolitian and construction of 185,853 sq.ft. Net Internal Area (NIA) of new private accommodation, 24,353 sq.ft. NIA of intermediate housing, 58,528 sq.ft. NIA of social housing, together with 9,505 sq.ft. of retail and ancillary accommodation.

The description of development is as follows: Demolitian of all existing buildings and the construction of five buildings ranging in height from 3 to 19 storeys including plant (to a maximum height of 70.15 AOD) for mixed use purposes to provide 282 private residential units, 97 affordable apartments, 240 sq.m. of retail space (A1, A2 and A3) 201 sq.m. of concierge/management space, together with 442 sq.m. of ancillary leisure and multi function space for the occupiers of the development.  There are 164 underground car parking spaces.
